Heat Exchanger make your Gas Systems efficient
The use of heat exchangers increases the efficiency of your systems. The pre-heating of the gas makes your system pressure-stable and the gas thus transportable. Most gas installations require compensation for the so-called ‘Joule-Thomson’ effect. With this effect, the gas temperature decreases with a constant flow rate through pressure reduction. Thus, the gas cools down, for example by using pressure reduction systems, by external temperature fluctuations or by flow through long transport lines. If the gas is heated at selected system points pressure stability or gas temperatures are achieved which make a subsequent system component more efficient, e.g. for gas turbines.

Complete your System!
The most gas systems require more than filtering and pre-heating equipment. You can complete your system with further various pressure vessels in our portfolio. We can offer you condensate tanks to collect condensate after your separator, gas mixers for mixed gas systems, buffer vessels to buffer the system against shock pressure. If the system will offer hot water, you can use our water/water heat exchanger to heat up cold water for the heat exchanger requirements.
Safe Time and Risk!
Of any instrumentation relevant to the pressure vessel, e.g. condensate discharge systems, instrumentation for monitoring up to all steel construction to maintain the vessels, e.g. stages, ladders, we can ly complete the scope of delivery. As a standard product, we can implement a type “DP 900” differential pressure gauge which has been specially developed for the monitoring of filters and separators.
